Coach Gets
Trapped in Women's Washroom
Lynx Pitching Coach, Jan
Sauvé-Frankel, Provides Some Tournament Levity
 |
According to head
coach Carey Ashton the team worked out with Orleans, ON this
afternoon and the team looked pretty good. He's seen most of the
competition and feels the Lynx could do well, but stressed like
most competitive teams, it'll come down to the pitching.
On a lighter note,
after the team's practice at the tournament site, Lynx pitching
coach Jan Sauvé-Frankel needing to find a place to relieve
himself, found the men's washroom closed. He then decided to use
the women's facilities and in doing do created quite a stir.
What occurred was that Jan found himself trapped in the women's
washroom for over half-an-hour. Carey said some of the Lynx
players would check and see how Jan was doing during the whole
ordeal receiving some not so pleasant responses. According to
Carey, it was dam funny.
You can always count
on Jan to find a way to keep the kids loose. Way to go Jan!
